I love my KitchenAid Stand Mixer! Anyone who owns a KitchenAid knows what I’m talking about. I have the 5-quart Artisan KitchenAid and I can’t say enough good about it.

Being a wife and mother of 2 teenage daughters I often find myself in the kitchen getting meals prepared and cooked. I don’t know how I did it before my KitchenAid. I’ve used several mixers over the years and I didn’t know how much extra work I was doing until my husband got me a KitchenAid as a gift.

I’ve never used anything that felt so sturdy and reliable. I’ve also never used anything that looked so good too. My husband got me the Onyx Black color and it looks fantastic with all the other appliances and decorations in my kitchen.

I’ve really come to love the attachments that I have for my KitchenAid. I have the citrus juicer and the roto slicer/shredder. We have fresh orange juice several times a week for breakfast and the slicer/shredder I use all the time to help make salads or shred cheese; it’s so fast and helpful.

As much as I love my KitchenAid Stand Mixer, I have a quick suggestion for those who have had a bad experience with the mixer: read the instruction manual. When I first started using my KitchenAid I noticed that not everything in the mixing bowl was getting mixed into the dough/batter. Luckily I have a mechanically minded husband who solved my frustration by reading the instruction manual and adjusted the height of the beater and now it mixes perfectly every time.

I read a review on amazon.com and someone else had a similar problem and when they called customer service they told them how to adjust the height of the beater and to put a dime in the bottom of the mixing bowl and the dime should move about 1/4” – 1/2” when the beater is on. Pretty cool trick!

I’ve had my KitchenAid Stand Mixer for almost a year now and I still love it and use it. I’ve made bread, cookies, and brownies and about anything else yummy that needs to be mixed. I’ve also made some gourmet looking salads using the slicer attachment.

Basically, my KitchenAid makes me feel like a master chef. My KitchenAid does all the work and I get all the praise from my husband and daughters. KitchenAid has made cooking and baking and food preparation easier and a little more enjoyable.

I would recommend, and have recommended, a KitchenAid to anyone and everyone who cooks/bakes at home. There are so many awesome things about the KitchenAid and they have so many attachments and accessories that you can customize your KitchenAid to just how you want and need it.

The KitchenAid Stand Mixer comes standard with a few mixing attachments and it comes with a cool pouring shield that makes getting the goods from the mixing bowl into the pan (or whatever) easy and virtually mess free. The tilting head helps so much and makes the mixing process so much easier.

I just got a couple attachments for my KitchenAid Stand Mixer and I love love love them! I love them so much that I think I might need to buy a few more attachments because they’re so handy.

This past Christmas (a few months ago) my sweet husband bought me a new KitchenAid stand mixer because he saw how much work it was taking me to bake and cook and thought it could help me out in the kitchen; boy was he right.

The KitchenAid has been a lifesaver in the kitchen and with the new attachments it’s even better. The new attachments for the KitchenAid have helped me make some fun new dishes and they’ve made it easier to make meals I often cook/make.

So far I think I’ve used the roto slicer & shredder every day since it’s arrived. I mostly use it to slice up cucumbers and carrots and other veggies for my salads. I also use it to shred chunks of cheese for salads or enchiladas or what have you. It’s very handy and I can get a lot more sliced and shredded in less time.

The other attachment I bought for my KitchenAid is the citrus juicer. Since I bought that we’ve had freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast (and the occasional “breakfast for dinner”) a few times and it’s been great.

I didn’t realize how good freshly squeezed orange juice tasted- or how many oranges it takes to fill four glasses. With the citrus juicer attachment I just hold up the halved orange and let the KitchenAid do all the work. Clean up is a cinch, I just rinse it and toss it in the dishwasher and it’s ready for tomorrow’s breakfast.

I’m hoping that for this coming Christmas my husband surprises me with the Pasta Press attachment. I’ve never made homemade spaghetti or rigatoni before and the pasta press will make those pastas and a few other styles of pasta as well. Who doesn’t love pasta?

Sorry about the tangent there, but I guess the KitchenAid has made cooking and baking fun for me again. I don’t feel so limited in what I can do or make in the kitchen anymore. Honestly, I didn’t even realize I was so limited in what I could make until I had a KitchenAid.

On top of all the cool attachments I know that I can depend on my KitchenAid to work meal after meal and year after year. It’s so sturdy and reliable; I’ve never had any problems with my KitchenAid malfunctioning or fizzing out.

Another thing I get from my KitchenAid is time. I don’t have to hold a mixer in my hands anymore, I can put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and turn on my KitchenAid and then work on something else; or sit down and relax!

If you don’t have a KitchenAid then you’re missing out. I’m sure you have a friend or a sister or someone near to you that you can try theirs out and I just know you’ll fall in love with it. Give it a try and see for yourself how amazing the KitchenAid Stand Mixer is.

I just got the greatest Christmas gift ever – a KitchenAid Stand Mixer! My sweet husband got it for me because he heard me talking about the KitchenAid Stand Mixer after I helped make Thanksgiving dinner with the family.

I made a few pies for our Thanksgiving dessert and I couldn’t believe how amazing the KitchenAid Stand Mixer was. I could mix all the ingredients for the crust while I prepared the apples, cherries, and other pie fillings; at the same time! I wasn’t accustomed to multi-tasking in the kitchen because when I mixed something I had to manually mix it.

I was impressed how sturdy and powerful the KitchenAid Stand Mixer was and it was also very smooth. It was even a lot quieter than my handheld beaters, which is what I usually mix with. I never thought I would care about a mixer, but I love my new KitchenAid.

They say that ignorance is bliss but I tell you what, bliss is using a KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I definitely wasn’t “blissful” mixing and cooking and baking before my KitchenAid Stand Mixer. This stand mixer has made cooking and baking fun again. Yes, I said fun.

I find myself buying more brownie mix or looking up new dessert recipes to try out all because of my new KitchenAid. I haven’t heard any complaints from my husband yet on the increase of desserts so I think he likes my KitchenAid as well.

The KitchenAid has 10 variable speeds for mixing. To me, that feels like an infinite number of speeds because I’m used to High and Low. It also has a tilting head unit. It’s great because you don’t have to move and tilt the mixing bowl in all kinds of directions to get it off of the mixer. It also makes it a lot easier to add ingredients as you move along in a recipe.

The KitchenAid Stand Mixer has many kinds of mixers and beaters and stirring tools you can use. It even comes with a dough hook for those who are brave enough to make their own bread. There is also a multi-purpose attachment hub that allows you to use all kinds of nifty attachments.

I looked online at KitchenAid’s website and was blown away with all the awesome attachments the KitchenAid Stand Mixer has. There are pasta making attachments, juicers, meat grinders, veggie slicers and so many others available for the KitchenAid.

Sometimes it’s hard for me to completely express why I like one thing more than another. I know that for me cooking and baking have become fun again and that I enjoy being the master chef of my home again with my KitchenAid’s help. There’s something to be said about how sturdy and well built the KitchenAid is and how quality all the parts and pieces are.

If you’re still undecided about whether or not you’d like a KitchenAid, then go use one! I’m sure you have a friend, neighbor or relative who has a KitchenAid and I’m sure they’d tell you all about their love for their KitchenAid. I’m certain that anyone who uses a KitchenAid Stand Mixer will be hooked and love it.
